"Not Good. They said they had an item in stock and took payment for it. A couple days later I received an email saying they no longer carried the item. It took them HOW long to figure that out? The only good thing is I did get my money back without any trouble.
UPDATE: Was contacted by their customer service manager who was very polite and was very apologetic. He was very concerned about the problem and got down to what went wrong and took steps to correct it to ensure it would not happen again. He took an unpleasant experience and turned it into one that I became happy with. If all customer service departments work as this one has, people could get problems fixed and walk away with a good feeling like I have. They did a great job in fixing a mistake and gave me no hassle about doing it. They really listened to what I had to say. HOW MANY COMPANIES DO THAT? This one did and made me a person that will shop with them again, NOW!"
